This is a self-assessment and competence mapping project. It is intended for use in entrepreneurship education - by educators, institutions or individuals interested in mapping and expanding their entrepreneurial repertoire and mindset.
The project is currently in beta testing.
You will map your competences against the threads of the EntreComp framework. For each of 60 EntreComp threads, you'll see "I can" statements on 8 levels of increasing proficiency. Compare the statements, and choose the level that best matches your current ability. You will see your profile visualized as an annotated flower that you can share (if you so choose).
Next to your personal EntreComp flower, you will see an at-a-glance summary of your strengths, as well as areas where you have assessed yourself with a lower score.
You will see at a glance how your scores compare to those of your peers (the individuals in one or more reference groups).
You want to have all the details? Sure - for every competence (and down to every thread), you can analyze how the scores are distributed in the group.
If you repeat the self-assessment at different milestones (e. g. at the beginning of a training or course, and after its conclusion). You can visualize and track how your profile and/or your self-assessment of different aspects of your competence is developing over time.
You will see the best matches with a complementing skillset - i. e. individuals with whom you could form a competent team. View the annotated flower of your suggested matches for all details.
When breaking a group up into teams, you may want a balanced outcome - e. g. every team having all of the competences represented, making the best use of the "competence pool" in the entire group. Form balanced teams at any size in seconds. You can manually tweak team composition according to your needs and priorities for a specific task (drag and drop), and store the result as a team sets for reference.
