EntreComp Orchard is a self-assessment and competence mapping project intended for use in entrepreneurship education—by educators, institutions, or individuals interested in mapping and expanding their entrepreneurial repertoire and mindset.

Self-Assessment

Assess Yourself

Map your competences against the threads of the EntreComp framework. For each of the 60 EntreComp threads, you'll see "I can" statements across 8 levels of proficiency. Compare the statements and choose the level that best matches your current ability.

Two assessment levels, multiple perspectives, and one evolving profile

Begin with a Canopy Scan for an orientation across the 15 competences, or use the Branch Assessment to examine the 60 underlying developmental threads. Profiles can be interpreted through several analytical lenses and revisited at meaningful milestones by individuals, teams, learning groups, and programmes.

Guide Assessment and Reflection

Create groups, invite participants, and organise Canopy Scans or Branch Assessments around the needs of a course, workshop, coaching process, or project.

Assessment campaigns and milestones make progress visible, while invitations, reminders, and follow-up prompts support participation. The dashboard provides the administrative structure for using profiles in reflective prompts, peer discussion, learning goals, and facilitated conversations.
